My Beautiful Lockdown Birds

The current lockdown is providing me an opportunity to photograph the local birds. I did not realize that in an area of about 5 acres square, we have so many bird species. In the last 8 days since I seriously started to chase the birds, I managed to photograph about 25 birds – good ones. Ok types I crossed about 35. The following are 8 of the images that I recently acquired during the ongoing lockdown.

Some truly pretty birds that I photographed during the last 8 days of the LOCKDOWN

Some of the birds are migratory. They will not be seen around here after the winter months. Most will migrate to their summer habitat - higher up in the mountains.
